Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate electronic products and explain features, specifications, and benefits
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on the latest electronic products and industry trends
- Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability on shelves
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with store staff and management to optimize sales performance
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to supervisors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good product knowledge of electronic devices
- Ability to persuade and influence customers
