The role requires 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial fasteners industry, with responsibility for generating new business and building strong client relationships. Job Description:
- Build and manage strong client relationships to maximize sales.
- Demonstrate organization, self-motivation, and persistence in achieving targets.
- Lead sales, promotions, and business development across assigned Middle East regions.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Travel 3–4 days weekly to meet clients, understand needs, and promote products.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Process orders and inquiries accurately and follow up to secure and confirm sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fastener solutions to meet sales goals.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
