At SPIDERS AI, we are building an AI solution that eliminates workspace and workplace chaos within teams across any organization. Our AI is designed for teams inside real organisations. We’re looking for a sharp, presentable-looking, and driven Sales Professional who understands how to approach businesses, build trust, and close with credibility.

This role is for someone who knows that sales is about people, structure, and value not scripts. We are a start-up now building from scratch… Which means you will be building with us. This isn’t for everyone, but if you truly love sales, you’ll see the opportunity, growth, and upside that come with it.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across organizations in Jeddah through field-based (outdoor) sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Present and position SPIDERS AI solutions clearly, based on client needs and organizational structure
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, follow-ups, and closing
  • Consistently achieve defined sales targets within a commission-based structure
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the product to confidently communicate its value to teams and businesses
  • Represent SPIDERS AI professionally in all client interactions
  • Actively contribute to market feedback and insights to support business growth

Qualifications:

  • 0–5 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles
  • Interest in building a long-term career in sales, particularly in SaaS, B2B, or retail environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and communicate value effectively
  • Understanding of how organizations operate and make purchasing decisions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Comfortable working in outdoor, field-based sales
  • Based in Jeddah, with access to a car and a laptop
  • Open to a 6-month probation period
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
