We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative specializing in covers and mobile accessories to join our team at Royal Phone Center. The ideal candidate will have in-depth product knowledge, strong sales skills, and a passion for providing top-tier customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Identify customer needs and recommend the best mobile phones and accessories based on their preferences.
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly and accurately.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest mobile phones, accessories, and tech innovations.
Demonstrate a passion for learning about new products and technologies.
Attend product training sessions and apply new knowledge to enhance sales performance.
Share product knowledge with team members and assist in customer training or demonstrations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in mobile covers, screen protectors and accessories.
