Job Responsibilities

Generate and prepare regular sales reports in Excel
.

Update Customer Master Data as needed.

Maintain and update inventory of handheld equipment for all locations covered in full KSA.

Serve as a key contact for the sales team, providing technical support for devices and troubleshooting issues in the market.

Follow up with suppliers for maintenance of handheld devices and printers.

Coordinate shipments to the sales team, managing orders and ensuring timely deliveries through logistics providers such as DHL.

Handle monthly and annual DSD VAN inventory processes, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
.

Good command of English.

Analytical and detail-oriented.

Computer skills, including the ability to use sales team software.

2 to 4 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
