About the Role
Timbercraft Wood Manufacturing LLC is looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Officer to drive B2B sales of our wood-based and surface finishing product range. The ideal candidate has hands-on field sales experience within the veneer, timber, or decorative surfaces trade in the UAE/GCC and an existing network of contractors, joinery workshops, interior fit-out companies, and furniture manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and manage existing client accounts across joinery, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, and contracting segments
- Conduct daily outdoor client visits, product presentations, and site meetings across the UAE
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for veneer, laminate, and panel product lines
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contractors, carpenters, architects, and interior designers
- Provide product knowledge and technical guidance on veneer types, grains, finishes, and applications
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close deals in coordination with the sales/factory team
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate CRM/sales reporting and follow up on receivables where required
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience specifically in veneers, timber trading, or decorative surface materials within the UAE or GCC
- Strong existing network within joinery workshops, fit-out contractors, furniture factories, or architects/interior designers
- Solid product knowledge of veneers (natural, dyed, artificial, wrapped), laminates, MDF, and plywood
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for outdoor sales role)
- Fluency in English required
- Arabic, Russian, or any European language is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field
