Job Summary:
South Xclusive Properties is seeking a driven and motivated Property Consultant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate, ideally with exposure to off-plan sales. Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Guide clients on off-plan property investments, understanding their needs, budget, and lifestyle preferences.
Sales & Negotiation: Support sales targets by using strong negotiation skills and product knowledge to close deals.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed on Dubai’s real estate trends, upcoming developments, and off-plan opportunities.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust.
Assistance Throughout Sales Process: Assist clients throughout the property purchase process, providing guidance on paperwork, payments, and legal compliance.
Lead Generation: Contribute to generating leads by networking, attending property events, and engaging in social media.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support company growth objectives and share market insights.
Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate, ideally in off-plan property sales
Basic knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Sales-driven with a collaborative mindset
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite is a plus
Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
