Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Officer to join our team. Thisi is a sales oriented job. The ideal candidate will have a background in the banking, insurance, real estate, or financial sector and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Relationship Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Forex market.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and personalized assistance to meet their trading needs.
Conduct regular client outreach and follow-ups to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Provide information and guidance on Forex trading products, services, and market trends to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, research, and compliance, to address client needs and achieve business objectives.
Assist clients in opening and managing their trading accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services to clients.
Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the Forex market.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a client-facing role in the insurance, banking, real estate, or financial sector.
Strong understanding of Forex trading and financial markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Energetic and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with trading platforms and financial software is preferred.
