Al Motthedon is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead and supervise projects related to lighting and building materials. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of lighting installation and building material projects.
Assign tasks to workers, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum [3] years in construction, electrical work, or related fields.
Knowledge: Expertise in lighting solutions, electrical systems, and building materials.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Diploma or certification in Electrical, Civil, or Construction Engineering preferred.
Language: Arabic , English And Urdu.
