Responsiblilities & Duties
* Assist students in exploring and enrolling in accredited distance education programs.
* Provide detailed information about courses, tuition fees, application procedures, and program structures.
* Evaluate student profiles and recommend programs that align with their academic and career aspirations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and colleges.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and offerings in distance education.
* Support students throughout the application and admission process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Attend education fairs, workshops, and other promotional events to represent the company.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and student experiences.
* Achieve student enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
Working Conditions
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* A self-motivated attitude and readiness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
