Position: Â Sales Marketing professional for a Joinery/Carpentry Shop
Location: Musaffah
Duties:
Sales & Client Acquisition
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, and project managers.
Identify potential markets and expand the client base.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
Product Knowledge & Consultation
Provide clients with detailed information about joinery and carpentry products and services.
Offer customized solutions based on client needs and project specifications.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Quotations & Negotiation
Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements within company guidelines.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
Maintain and update sales records, pipeline forecasts, and client databases.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterlysales targets.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensurecustomer satisfaction.
Follow up on post-sale services to maintain repeat business.
Qualifications:
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in joinery, carpentry, or related industries.
Skills
Strongcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing software.
Understanding of joinery/carpentry materials, techniques, and production processes.
Personal Attributes
Self-motivated andresults-drivenwith a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently and in ateam environment.
Willingness to travel and meet clients onsite.
Languages
Proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Local Market
Familiarity with UAE construction and interiors market trends is a plus.
Job Types:Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Pay:AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
