Gallery Five Home L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Officer to join our luxury furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate is passionate about premium furniture, sales excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and professional recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and encourage repeat business.
- Develop and implement marketing activities to promote showroom products and services.
- Monitor market trends and prepare sales and performance reports.
- Support daily showroom operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in furniture, home décor, luxury retail, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Open to candidates of all nationalities.
