Position: Sales & Marketing Manager (Pharmaceutical Industry)
Job Responsibilities
Develop pricing strategies and marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Use sales forecasting andstrategic planningto ensure the sale and profitability of products.
Manage product launches and promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or similar.
Proven pharmaceutical experience is a must.
Excellentcommunicationandleadershipskills.
Ability to analyze data and makedata-driven decisions.
5 to 10 years of experience in the same field.
Candidates from outside Qatar will only be considered.
