Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele-calling Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-calling or sales, strong English communication skills, and a proactive approach to lead generation and customer engagement. Knowledge of Forex trading will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Knowledge of Forex trading is a plus.
Quick learner with strong adaptability.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Own visa preferred, but not mandatory.
