As the Head of Sales and Marketing Department at The Rockets Consulting (TRC), you will be pivotal in shaping our approach to client acquisition and retention. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with the assigned project objectives.
– Manage the Digital Marketing team and create an integrated marketing strategy for the whole project.
– Demonstrate expertise in Whats App automation, Emailers, and SMS campaign execution to enhance client engagement and conversion rates.
– Utilize SEO best practices to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase brand visibility online.
– Leverage experience in e-commerce and online selling to tap into additional revenue streams and optimize the customer journey.
– Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve performance targets and foster a high-performance culture.
– Drive sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing new customers, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring sales and marketing strategies increase based on targets.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns that effectively communicate TRC’s value propositions across various platforms.
– Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content that resonate with target audiences.
– Utilize data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms) to measure the success of digital campaigns and overall sales and marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
– To find the best strategies that drive results, experiment with various digital marketing channels, including social media advertising, PPC campaigns, and content marketing.
– Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market developments, and team progress.
– Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients and partners and advocate for TRC’s services.
– Manage the sales and marketing departmental budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation toward initiatives that yield the highest ROI.
