Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling telecom products and services of Etisalat to new and existing customers. The role involves meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and providing excellent service while promoting company products such as mobile plans, internet services, and business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell telecom products including mobile plans, internet packages, and business solutions.
- Identify and approach potential customers through field sales, events, or direct marketing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer information in the system.
- Assist customers with documentation and activation of telecom services.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in telecom sales or direct sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of telecom products and services.
- Valid UAE ID and ability to work in field sales environments.
