Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain PE film printing machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Setup & Calibration: Perform machine setup and calibration to guarantee accurate and optimal printing results.
Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Identify and troubleshoot printing defects, ensuring thorough quality checks throughout production.
Adjustment & Optimization: Adjust registration, printing speed, and pressure for optimal results.
Ink & Substrate Management: Ensure proper ink viscosity control, adhesion treatment (Corona), and handle web tension for seamless roll-to-roll printing.
Laminating & Coating: Execute laminating and coating processes as required for various materials like BOPP, PET, LDPE, and HDPE.
Ink Handling: Follow safety and handling procedures for UV and solvent-based inks.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in PE film printing.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of flexo-printing machines and their operation.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues effectively.
Quality Focused: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality print results.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Material Knowledge: Understanding of substrate compatibility and ink properties.
