- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning and pest control sectors.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the company’s services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position the company’s offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the commercial cleaning, pest control, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
