Marketing Executive – Fit-out & Construction
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and results-oriented Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement for our Fit-out & Construction services. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital and offline marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Branding
✅ Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote fit-out, renovation, and construction services.
✅ Enhance brand presence through various online and offline channels.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement
✅ Implement marketing campaigns to attract new clients and generate business leads.
✅ Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
✅ Manage and update company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
✅ Run targeted paid advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads.
✅ Optimize the company website & SEO for better visibility.
Content Creation & Promotion
✅ Develop engaging content including brochures, social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns.
✅ Design and distribute marketing materials such as company profiles, case studies, and project portfolios.
✅ Event & Networking Participation
✅ Represent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to build connections.
✅ Collaborate with business development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Reporting & Analysis
✅ Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
✅ Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✅Closing Deals
✅ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in fit-out/construction).
✅ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and SEO.
✅ Experience with graphic design tools.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
