Job Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients (B2B depending on product)
- Research target industries and companies
- Use tools like CRM systems and outreach platforms to build pipelines
2. Client Outreach & Relationship Building
- Contact prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand customer pain points and business needs
3. Product Presentation & Demo
- Explain software features and benefits clearly
- Conduct product demos (online or in-person)
- Tailor presentations to client needs
4. Sales Conversion
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Handle objections and follow up effectively
5. Account Management
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Upsell or cross-sell additional features/services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
6. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry trends in areas like Software as a Service
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
7. CRM & Reporting
- Update sales activities in CRM tools in ESAT ERP
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–5+ years in sales (preferably in software/IT/SaaS)
- Experience with B2B sales cycles is often preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Basic knowledge of software solutions, cloud computing, or APIs
- Familiarity with concepts like: Cloud Computing and Customer Relationship Management Negotiation and persuasion Lead handling and closing techniques
- Objection handling
- Ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior
- Forecasting and pipeline management
- CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Video conferencing tools
- With a valid UAE Driving License
