Sales Manager – Medical Clinic
Location: Dubai
Glow Up Clinic is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, hospital, or healthcare center.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in handling patient inquiries, consultations, and treatment sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
Important:
Applicants without experience in a medical clinic or healthcare facility will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the clinic sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Monitor leads, conversions, and sales performance.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and follow-up.
- Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
