The Job Summary
The Sales Manager – Used Cars (CPOV) is responsible for driving sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence across used-car operations. The role leads the sales team, ensures optimal inventory management, and delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting financial and operational targets.

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and gross profit targets.

- Lead, coach, and manage Sales Executives, Buyers, and Administrators to drive team performance.

- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to address gaps.

- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring high standards in vehicle display, pricing, and customer experience.

- Manage inventory levels, stock mix, and turnover while minimizing aging stock.

- Ensure accurate vehicle appraisal and alignment with pricing and margin strategies.

- Drive profitability through pricing discipline, cost control, and effective deal management.

- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI).

- Coordinate with internal teams (Refurbishment, Finance, Marketing) to ensure operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
The Job Profile

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Experience
- 5–8 years in automotive sales
- Minimum 3 years in a sales management role
