Sales Manager / Sales Engineer – Architectural Metal Works Jobs in Dubai at AL KATHEEB TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Engineer with strong knowledge of architectural metal works, including aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating with technical and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in architectural metal and fabrication projects.
- Promote aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and clients.
- Understand customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and project scope.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the estimation and production teams.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, tenders, and ongoing projects.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contract conditions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and opportunity pipelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the architectural metal, metal fabrication, aluminium, stainless steel, or mild steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural metal works and fabrication processes.
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, architects, and construction companies.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Strong business development and sales follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Existing contacts within the UAE construction and architectural metal industry.
- Experience in tendering, estimation, and project-based sales.
- Knowledge of aluminium systems, stainless steel works, structural and decorative metal works, handrails, staircases, cladding, doors, gates, and related fabrication works.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Pay: AED2,633.79 – AED9,515.04 per month
