Position Summary:

The Sales Manager for Real Estate is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of a real estate agency or development firm. This includes managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to drive results through effective team management and client relationship building.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales as Manager, with a proven track record of successful sales performance.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and drive results.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
Familiarity with residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
