We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Salesman for our auto spare parts shop. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, identifying spare parts, processing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in identifying the correct auto spare parts.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Check stock availability and provide pricing information.
Prepare invoices and process cash/card payments.
Maintain proper records of sales and stock movements.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
Maintain the cleanliness and display of the counter area.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
Develop knowledge of auto spare parts, brands, and applications.
Follow up with customers on pending inquiries and orders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
