We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on and execute key deliverables with a keen eye for detail.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel, with the aim to achieve and exceed Revenue and Guest experience targets.
Work in collaboration with the General Manager to actively manage and deliver on the overall hotel strategy.
Assist in development of meaningful, achievable hotel budgets and other short and long-term hotel strategic goals.
Provide effective leadership to the functional management team to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded.
Plan, direct and coordinate service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Job Requirements
An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on their feet’ is a must.
Strong commercial acumen, preferably with experience in Rooms Management and Food & Beverage.
Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results.
In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / long stay sector.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate leaders to achieve high levels of performance and exceed targets.
A hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ spirit
KEY EXPECTATIONS
Relevant 5 * Hotel experience in the same/ similar role is a MUST.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Ensure operational processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Stay informed of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes.
