Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the promotional items industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling branded merchandise, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate customers.
• Identify market trends and introduce innovative promotional product solutions.
• Lead and mentor a sales team (if applicable), providing training and guidance.
• Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality promotional items.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and attend trade shows.
• Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
✅ Experience in the promotional products industry is mandatory (minimum X years).
✅ Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✅ Knowledge of branding, customization techniques, and product sourcing.
