Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Mobile Crusher sales operations across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key accounts
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive market development
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities
- Expand market share and strengthen SANY’s presence in the region
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction machinery industry, with a strong focus on mobile crushers, excavators, or similar heavy equipment
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market
, particularly in the Western Region
Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment
- Flexible and willing to accept internal transfers and frequent business travel
