Job Description:

We are seeking a

dynamic

Sales Manager – Leisure to

join our team

in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales

leadership

, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the leisure industry. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the leisure market Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet individual and collective goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the market. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Monitor

sales performance

metrics and prepare regular reports for

senior management

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in the CIS region Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws in target markets Manage the sales budget and optimize

resource allocation

for maximum ROI

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the leisure industry, with a focus on the CIS market Excellent knowledge of CIS market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices Fluency in English and Russian; additional CIS languages are a plus Ability to travel frequently to CIS countries as required  Additional Information:  Our team and working environment:  Opportunities to make your mark.
