Supervise and coordinate all piping and fabrication activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Review and oversee project design plans and specifications for piping systems.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues during execution.
Develop and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications Required
Diploma or degree, or ITI with supervisory experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical piping and fabrication, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
Proven experience in supervising projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards related to piping systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on safety culture.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with engineering software and project management tools
