Job Description
Responsible to lead and supervise the sales team, to achieve the assignedsales targetsand to increase the market share with regards to the assigned product portfolio.
Managing an independent business and therefore should have both sales and marketing experience.
Implement the sales and marketing strategy in the assigned territory.
Ensure achievement ofsales targets.
Increase market share and correct product positioning.
Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the activities of the sales team reporting unto him.
A proper prospective system in order to ensure that all customer contacts are followed up and converted into effective sales.
Responsible to ensure high morale and motivation of his sales team.
Works closely with the sales team to communicate plans and monitor implementation.
Job Requirements
Graduate with MBA or
B. Sc. with marketing specialization from a reputed institute.
At least 8-10 yearssalesandmarketingexperience inIT Hardwareindustry is a must.
Influencing, persuading, negotiating, and hard worker.
Leadershipskills.
Excellent level of speaking & written English.
Communication skills, computer literate.
Knowledge of using HP computers.
Driving license.
