Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and manage relationships with consultants, Interior designers, developers, façade contractors, Hospitality, Interior Fitouts and main contractors.
- Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the UAE market.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
- Lead contract negotiations, terms and close high-value façade glass projects in line with company policies.
- Manage projects from order confirmation through production, delivery, and handover.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, QA/QC, Planning, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required Monitor project budgets, variations, and payment milestones.
- Handle client coordination, progress updates, and issue resolution. Track sales pipeline, project status, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments.
- Prepare regular sales and project reports for management.
