Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a solid background in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting operations related to the real estate sector, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including data entry, ledger updates, and account reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Handle property income and expenses, prepare profit and loss statements, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
Assist in financial audits and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Collaborate with the finance team and support other departments as needed.
Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Experience: 4-5 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
· Skills:
o Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
o Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
o Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
o Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Female Candidate
