Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivatedSales Manager for Food and Beverage (F&B)tojoin our team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the F&B sector.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive sales.
Attend industry events, trade shows, andnetworking opportunitiesto represent the company and expand professional networks.
Monitorsales performancemetrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels ofclient satisfaction.
Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices andsales techniques.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the F&B industry, with a strong track record of achievingsales targets.
Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the F&B sector.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Strongleadershipand team management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Bilingual Arabic and English.
