Job Description
We are seeking a highly aggressive, results-oriented Sales Manager to accelerate our market share and drive strategic business development across our regional Endpoint Solutions portfolio.
This role is tailored for a hunter mindset. You will be responsible for identifying fresh market opportunities, breaking into new enterprise and government accounts, and expanding our footprint. You will actively sell a robust portfolio of workplace technology solutions, including PCs, managed print services, mobility, audiovisual collaboration tools, and Point of Sale (PoS) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt for new business opportunities, securing contracts within enterprise, government, and commercial sectors.
- Territory Strategy: Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration in Syria.
- Solution Selling: Pitch, position, and close deals utilizing the company’s diverse endpoint technology and workplace solution portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate directly with pre-sales and technical product managers to build winning commercial proposals and technical architectures.
- Tender Management: Lead the strategy and preparation for major commercial offers, RFPs, and high-value government/enterprise tenders.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve rigorous individual/team sales targets, maximize Gross Profit (GP) margins, and hit core business development KPIs.
- Pipeline Management: Drive disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate revenue forecasting, and consistent pipeline velocity.
- Market Insight: Keep a pulse on competitor movements, shifting market trends, and emerging customer requirements to pivot sales strategies effectively.
