Responsibilities
- Shape and complete innovative sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in assigned regions.
- Lead, mentor, and encourage a dedicated English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education sales team to deliver outstanding results.
- Uncover new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain positive, lasting relationships with key clients and collaborators.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve customer happiness and support our educational mission.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate or post‑graduate degree (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of people‑leader experience.
- Background in English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Experience managing the end‑to‑end tender process, ensuring timely delivery of compliant, compelling, and commercially sound bids.
- Proven history of success in sales management and achieving ambitious targets.
- Outstanding leadership and team‑building skills to empower others.
- Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.
Preferred Experience
- Global matrix experience a plus.
