Responsibilities
- Shape and execute innovative sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in assigned regions.
- Lead, mentor, and encourage a dedicated English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education sales team to deliver outstanding results.
- Uncover new business opportunities and expand market presence within the ELT and K12 sectors.
- Develop and maintain positive, lasting relationships with key clients and collaborators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and support the educational mission.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring the delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
Requirements
- Graduate or post-graduate degree (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of professional sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a people leadership role.
- Proven background in English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Extensive experience managing the end-to-end tender process.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a global matrix organization.
