Job Summary
Pranic Drug Store LLC is seeking a Sales Manager – E-Commerce / Online Sales to support and grow our online business across leading e-commerce marketplaces. The successful candidate will have experience in marketplace management, online sales, product optimization, and sales performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales performance.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including product information and images.
- Monitor pricing, promotions, and marketplace performance.
- Coordinate inventory availability with relevant internal teams.
- Review sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Work closely with marketing and operations to improve product visibility and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace requirements and maintain account performance standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand online business and improve sales growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or marketplace management.
- Experience using Noon Seller Lab or similar marketplace management platforms.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Good understanding of marketplace operations, product listing management, and online sales processes.
- Experience in inventory coordination and sales reporting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
- Background in retail, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and marketplace advertising tools is a plus.
