Job Summary
The Sales Manager – Contracting will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in contracting or project sales and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contracting and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting, project sales, or the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi contracting market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
