Job Location: Riyadh & Eastern Province, KSA.
Vacancies: 2 (Riyadh), 1 (Eastern Province).
These positions are focused on direct sales (not through dealer channels), targeting clients in the Mining and Oil & Gas industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute direct sales strategies across the assigned region in KSA.
· Identify, approach, and negotiate with key clients in the Mining and Oil & Gas sectors, leading commercial discussions and closing contracts.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and track performance against targets.
· Conduct regular market and customer visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance and key KPIs; propose corrective actions and improvement plans.
· Collect and analyze market intelligence, including customer insights, competitor activity, pricing trends, and market feedback, to support regional sales strategies.
· Perform ongoing market analysis and competitor research to support business planning and decision-making.
· Manage accounts receivable and invoicing processes, ensuring timely collection and healthy cash flow.
· Take ownership of regional sales profitability and ensure annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above.
· Strong familiarity with the KSA market, with 3-5 years of relevant direct sales experience in KSA, preferably serving Mining or O&G clients.
· Proficient in English. Arabic is an advantage.
· Prior experience with reputable companies in the construction machinery industry is preferred.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
