Position: Sales Manager – Commercial & Infrastructure Projects (PMCC)

What you’ll do:
- Manage Project Sales business in Qatar for Commercial & Infrastructure Segment, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction for Eaton PMCC product Portfolio.
- Work closely with MEP Contractors to generate RFQs for Eaton Panelbuilders.
- Co-ordinate with Panel builder Sales team to close-out the project deals.
- In co-ordination with Eaton Panel builder KAM, conduct monthly project review meetings with Panel Builder Sales team to create actions for on-going/quoted project pipeline.
- Establish and maintain relationship with all the stake holders and key decision makers of Contractors/End users & pursue proactive customer visits to create new opportunities.
- Create account strategies, monthly performance reporting and drive team collaboration spirit.
- To follow One Eaton approach to support other Eaton divisions to promote synergy sales.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to Marketing Team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in handling Project Business
- Strong knowledge of LV Products and Systems
- Experience in Qatar market is added advantage
- Possess excellent communication skills
