Role Description
The Sales Manager for Building Technologies will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies, and managing client relationships within the building technologies sector. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting with clients to determine their needs, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations. The role also involves leading a sales team, setting targets, forecasting revenue, and monitoring competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Kuwait.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of building technologies, engineering, or related industries (Building Automation, ICT, Security,Audio Visual)
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team, including performance monitoring and mentorship
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM platforms, and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and facilitate successful partnerships
- Proven track record in KSA
