Role Overview
Responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle for bonded zone services and ensuring structured CRM-driven sales execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Own the sales pipeline end-to-end in CRM (Lead Opportunity Meeting Closure)
- Manage key accounts, follow up renewals, and identify upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and weekly reporting
- Coordinate quotations and commercial offers with internal teams
- Lead sales team activities and ensure proper CRM usage
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and commercial presentations
- Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure
Requirements
- 3-7 years B2B sales experience (logistics / ports / 3PL preferred)
- Strong Arabic & English communication
- CRM experience with structured reporting
- Able to obtain port access clearance
