Role Overview

Responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle for bonded zone services and ensuring structured CRM-driven sales execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own the sales pipeline end-to-end in CRM (Lead Opportunity Meeting Closure)
  • Manage key accounts, follow up renewals, and identify upselling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and weekly reporting
  • Coordinate quotations and commercial offers with internal teams
  • Lead sales team activities and ensure proper CRM usage
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and commercial presentations
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure

Requirements

  • 3-7 years B2B sales experience (logistics / ports / 3PL preferred)
  • Strong Arabic & English communication
  • CRM experience with structured reporting
  • Able to obtain port access clearance
