Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Banking Sector to drive business growth and manage strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions.
This role requires a strong banking background, proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to identify, develop, and close business opportunities within the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the banking sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across banks and financial institutions
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure
- Develop strategic account plans and sales strategies for key banking clients
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to position solutions that address banking business needs
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, commercial proposals, and client presentations
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates
- Monitor banking industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and executive engagements
Requirements & Key Skills
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
- Mandatory banking industry background with strong understanding of banking operations and products
- Proven experience managing and growing relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Experience selling technology solutions, digital transformation services, or banking platforms is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of digital banking, core banking, payments, lending, trade finance, or related banking domains
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning enterprise accounts
- Experience engaging with senior management and executive stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and business development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related field
