ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling Access Control and Physical Security Systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of electronic security solutions, a strong network within the UAE and GCC market, and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth across enterprise, government, and commercial verticals.

This is a full-time, field-based role with significant opportunity to shape our regional sales strategy, grow key accounts, and lead a high-performance sales team. You will work closely with system integrators, consultants, end-users, and channel partners to position our portfolio as the market-leading solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

▪ Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts across commercial, residential, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.

▪ Develop and execute a structured sales plan to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

▪ Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Access Control, Video Surveillance (CCTV), Intrusion Detection, Visitor Management, and integrated security solutions.

▪ Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.

▪ Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, site surveys, and solution design through to negotiation, contract closure, and handover to project teams.

▪ Build and maintain long-term relationships with end-users, consultants, main contractors, MEP contractors, and facility managers.

▪ Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

▪ Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events (e.g., Intersec, GITEX, SECUTECH).

▪ Manage and grow a portfolio of channel partners, system integrators, and authorized resellers.

Technical Expertise & Solution Selling

▪ Conduct thorough needs assessments and site surveys to design fit-for-purpose security solutions.

▪ Articulate technical specifications, integration capabilities, and ROI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

▪ Collaborate with the pre-sales/technical team to develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs), system architectures, and compliance documentation.

▪ Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, emerging technologies (biometrics, cloud-based access, mobile credentials, AI-driven analytics), and regulatory standards.

Team Leadership & Reporting

▪ Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Engineers and Account Executives to maximize individual and team performance.

▪ Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to senior management.

▪ Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.

▪ Collaborate cross-functionally with the engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

▪ Minimum 5–6 years of direct B2B sales experience in Access Control and Physical Security Systems.

▪ Hands-on knowledge of leading Access Control platforms such as Lenel, Genetec, Honeywell Pro-Watch, Bosch, HID, Suprema, ZKTeco, CDVI, Paxton, or equivalent.

▪ Demonstrated experience with integrated security systems including CCTV/VMS (Milestone, Avigilon, Dahua, Hikvision), Intrusion Detection, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

▪ Strong understanding of IP networking, PoE infrastructure, OSDP protocols, and IT/OT convergence in security systems.

▪ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

▪ Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE and GCC region.

PREFERRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

▪ Existing relationships with consultants, developers, government entities, and facility management companies in the UAE.

▪ Experience selling to sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, banking & finance, education, or critical national infrastructure.

▪ Knowledge of SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) requirements and UAE/GCC security compliance standards.

▪ Professional certifications: ASIS CPP, PSP, or vendor-specific accreditations (Genetec, Lenel, HID, etc.).

▪ Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other enterprise CRM platforms.

▪ Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
