Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build strong relationships with clients and partners
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience of 8 years at least, in sales team management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
you should have a valid UAE driving license
candidate having their own residence visa will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
