Position Overview
A reputable company in Ajman is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, and maintain strong client relationships. This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Requirements
- Experience in sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with the Ajman market
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Fluency in English
- Valid UAE driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
