A leading skincare and cosmetics manufacturer in Lebanon is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and expand the company’s presence in Lebanon and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

– Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.

– Manage relationships with distributors, pharmacy chains, beauty stores, clinics, dermatologists, and key accounts.

– Identify and approach potential distributors and business partners in Lebanon and international markets.

– Develop private-label and contract-manufacturing opportunities with local and international clients.

– Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, payment terms, and distribution conditions.

– Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and market analyses.

– Monitor sales activities, customer visits, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

– Ensure proper coordination between sales, production, marketing, logistics, and management.

– Conduct regular market visits and support the sales team in closing important accounts.

– Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new product opportunities.

– Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, and industry events when required.

– Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

– Follow up on customer orders from confirmation through production and delivery.

– Recruit, train, motivate, and coach sales representatives when needed.

Candidate Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.

– Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or medical products.

– Previous experience in a sales management or team-leadership position is highly preferred.

– Strong knowledge of the Lebanese pharmacy, cosmetics, beauty, and distribution markets.

– Experience in export sales, private label, or contract manufacturing is an advantage.

– Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.

– Ability to work with sales targets, KPIs, budgets, and performance reports.

– Proficiency in English and Arabic. French is considered an advantage.

– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM or sales-reporting systems.

– Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Lebanon.
