Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pest Control Team Leader to oversee pest control operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in pest management, and a commitment to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of pest control technicians, ensuring efficient and professional service.
Plan and coordinate daily service schedules and assign tasks to team members.
Conduct site inspections and recommend appropriate pest control treatments.
Ensure compliance with UAE pest control regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor staff on best practices, safety procedures, and the use of pest control equipment and chemicals.
Monitor service quality, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of treatments, chemicals used, and client reports.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of pest control chemicals.
Liaise with management and clients to address service issues and provide solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, new pest control techniques, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in pest control, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Certification: Must hold a valid UAE pest control license (Dubai Municipality or other emirates).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of pest control methods, equipment, and chemicals.
Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and communication.
Physical Fitness: Ability to work in various environments and lift heavy equipment if needed.
Language: Proficiency in English; Hindi/Urdu or other languages is a plus.
Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,300.00 per month
