An established global provider that excels in offering end-to-end logistical and support services is hiring a target driven Arabic speaking Sales Manager to be based in Qatar.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the Qatar oil and gas sector,
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Travel to client sites and industry events to promote company products and services. Work with contracts department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations related to the oil and gas sector in Qatar.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any sales-related issues in a timely manner
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
